You will drive governance, structure, and execution excellence while coordinating across business, technology, risk, compliance, and executive leadership teams.

The role focuses on strategic programs including core banking transformations, digital banking initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or PMO leadership within the banking industry.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology.
• Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking operations and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to align senior leadership, manage dependencies, and govern programs.
• Certifications like PMP or PgMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise PMO for Retail and Commercial Banking initiatives.
• Establish governance standards, reporting structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Drive core banking, digital banking, regulatory programs, and operational improvements.
• Provide executive visibility into health, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor PMs and delivery teams; ensure discipline and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across business, technology, risk, and operations.
