• Lead multiple concurrent projects supporting strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage scope and ensure alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
• Drive project execution through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Define objectives and success criteria with sponsors and SMEs.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and governance.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners; monitor deliverables.
• Support system implementations and digital banking initiatives.
