Job summary

CardWorks Financial Group seeks a Director, Project Manager to lead medium-complexity technology and business initiatives within financial services. You’ll coordinate across business, technology, operations, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

You’ll develop plans, track milestones, RAID logs, and governance compliance, while guiding stakeholders, managing risks, and driving delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience coordinating technology and business initiatives.
• Experience with client-facing implementations and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technology and business projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate across business, technology, operations, vendors, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Support testing, release readiness, and post-deployment activities.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance in project work.
