Bristol County Savings Bank in Taunton, MA seeks a Director Enterprise Project Management to lead the PMO and oversee strategic, multi‑department projects across the bank. You will drive governance, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration with the EVP/CIO and executive team.

Requires 15+ years in financial services project management, PMP certification, and strong communication skills to report to the Board and manage vendor risk and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent through coursework or training.
• At least 15 years demonstrated success as a Company-wide Project Manager within the financial services industry.
• Project Management certification required
• Requires excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to think and problem solve on the macro and micro level
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across the organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task effectively, juggling priorities in a fast paced environment
• High energy individual with flexibility and ability to retain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and framework around the project management process and portfolio of projects.
• Oversee all stages of approved projects and manage resources, scope, milestones, risks, and documentation.
• Align project prioritization and governance with the bank's strategy and budget process.
• Coordinate a diverse group of employees to drive project completion.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive PMO documentation and training for staff.
• Participate in strategic planning with the Board and Executive Management.
• Ensure risk management for vendor and system selections is documented and tracked.
• Report project statuses and risks to management and the Board.
• Align PM processes with vendor management and IT risk disciplines.
• Translate user needs into actionable requirements considering budget and strategy implications.
