Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading products from concept to launch.
• 7+ years in customer-facing digital products, preferably banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills to influence across the organization.
• Solid understanding of Agile product development and backlog management.
• Analytical, organized, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop the vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned digital products and align investments with customer needs and business strategy.
• Deliver digital customer capabilities successfully.
• Represent the voice of the customer using research, analytics, and market trends to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and third-party providers to deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities and improve the customer experience.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive product decisions across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Measure product performance and use data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Ensure products comply with governance, security, risk, and regulatory standards while maximizing technology investments.
• Perform additional duties as required.
