Atlassian is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead adoption for our Teamwork Graph platform data. You will own positioning, GTM, and enablement, partnering with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Sales to drive onboarding, activation, and ongoing usage across customers.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing focused on platform, data, or infrastructure.
• Proven GTM, positioning, and adoption programs driving activation and usage.
• Experience marketing to deeply technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen with data concepts, APIs, developer workflows.
• Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Field teams.
• Analytical mindset using data and feedback to prioritize initiatives.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and manage cross-functional priorities.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the adoption strategy with positioning and GTM motions.
• Create narratives for engineers, architects, developers and business decision-makers.
• Develop full-funnel adoption programs including docs, guides, stories, webinars, and in-product nudges.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to reduce onboarding friction and enable Sales and Customer Success.
• Measure impact using adoption signals and analytics, and iterate programs.
• Represent the platform in external forums, webinars, and customer briefings.
