Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead adoption for our Teamwork Graph platform. You will blend product marketing with a growth mindset to drive activation and deeper engagement across our customer base.

You will translate complex data and AI concepts into clear value propositions for engineers, data teams, and business leaders, partnering with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Field teams to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS for platform, data products.
• Proven GTM and adoption programs driving activation and usage growth.
• Market to technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen with data concepts and APIs.
• Exceptional storytelling and clear communication of complex concepts.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Growth and Field teams.
• Analytical mindset using data and customer feedback to guide priorities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities in fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute adoption strategy, onboarding and activation programs.
• Build narratives for engineers, data teams and business leaders.
• Lead full-funnel engagement with docs, guides, stories, webinars, nudges.
• Empower cross-functional teams with tools and collateral.
• Measure impact via adoption signals and analytics.
• Evangelize the platform in external forums and events.
