Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex, cross-functional engineering programs in an AI-powered marketing SaaS environment. You will oversee platform releases, integrations, migrations, and enterprise commitments for major clients, translating business needs into actionable technical plans with product and client teams.

You will implement readiness gates, manage dependencies, and maintain clear delivery cadences while mentoring junior managers and improving PM

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing engineering delivery commitments for enterprise clients.
• Strong technical fluency across system architectures, APIs and integrations.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring other program managers.
• Familiarity with AI-native engineering workflows.
• Ability to work remotely with teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of complex, cross-team engineering programs including platform releases, enterprise integrations, and migrations.
• Translate client requirements into actionable engineering work with product managers and engineering teams.
• Establish readiness gates and realistic timelines for external commitments.
• Design operating cadences to keep teams aligned and transparent.
• Support sprint planning, standups, and demos with cross-team reviews as needed.
• Create detailed workback plans, dependency maps, and delivery dashboards.
• Maintain project management tools (e.g., Linear) with accurate updates.
• Provide weekly updates to stakeholders and leadership and track OKRs.
