Job summary

Benevity is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing leader to own end-to-end messaging and GTM for the Enterprise Impact Platform. You will guide research, persona development, and cross-functional partnerships to translate strategy into actionable plans across teams.

This role demands a player-coach mindset, strong executive influence, and a track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive influence.
• Analytical mindset balancing data-driven and qualitative insights.
• Outstanding presentation and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end messaging and GTM strategy for the Benevity Enterprise Impact Platform.
• Direct the team’s market research and persona development for GTM planning.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and CS to align on positioning and execution.
• Provide Voice of Customer insights to inform product strategy.
