Job summary

Probook seeks a seasoned product marketing leader to architect messaging that scales from cold outbound to multi-year enterprise renewals. You will own the narrative, drive ICPs, personas, and JTBD, and shape pricing and packaging to influence Sales outcomes.

With 8+ years in vertical SaaS, you will partner with founders and product leaders, thrive in ambiguity, and lead in an in‑office, high‑intensity environment in NYC. Travel to customer sites is expected monthly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B or vertical SaaS.
• Experience partnering directly with founders or executive leadership on positioning and narrative.
• NYC-based and excited about in‑office collaboration in a high‑intensity environment.
• Willing to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits at least once a month.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging architecture for company, product, persona, and vertical levels.
• Translate technical differentiation into buyer-facing value for enterprise customers.
• Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications.
• Define ICPs, personas, and JTBD actionable for Sales and Marketing.
• Drive pricing and packaging and product launches with GTM execution.
