Job summary

Benevity is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Leader to own messaging and GTM for the Enterprise Impact Platform. You will mentor PMMs, translate market insights into plays for sales, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and CS to align positioning across the portfolio.

You will drive customer-informed strategy, shape cross-functional plans, and advocate for PMM at the leadership level to accelerate growth and market impact.

• Proven success building and leading PMM teams.

• Experience translating insights into sales enablement sets across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end messaging and GTM for the Benevity Enterprise Impact Platform.
• Direct the team’s market research into trends and persona development.
• Partner with Product, Sales, CS to align on high-level positioning and execution.
• Provide Voice of Customer insights to product management to inform strategy.
