Job summary

Influ2 is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how our product is positioned and brought to market. You will own launches, enablement, competitive intelligence, positioning, and customer education.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Product and Lifecycle Marketing and collaborate with two teammates. You will drive sales tools and materials, define market messages, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B technology.
Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise buying cycles in sales-led organizations.
Experience leading competitive intelligence or win/loss analyses.
Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Storylane and Claude.

Responsibilities

Sales enablement: identify tools and training to help AEs communicate value and win deals.
Competitive intelligence: track competitors, analyze wins/losses, and inform Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Go-to-market strategy: bring new products to market with positioning, launch plans, and frontline readiness.
Customer education: design programs to help customers understand and adopt Influ2's capabilities.
Product positioning and messaging: translate features into buyer-focused messaging that differentiates us.
Content and enablement: create demos, decks, videos, white papers, and presentations.
