Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a product marketing leader to partner with leadership and build a comprehensive cloud data protection strategy. You will conduct market analysis, craft compelling messaging, and own GTM plans for launches and campaigns across Rubrik's cloud solutions to drive adoption.

You translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear customer benefits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support analyst engagements to strengthen Rubrik's market position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in technology, strategy, consulting, or a marketing-related discipline.
• At least 2 years in product marketing or product management.
• Experience in B2B go-to-market.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments is desirable.
• Experience in cybersecurity—data security, cloud security, or data protection.
• Fluency with Claude Cowork to accelerate research, content, and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define strategy: Partner with leadership to build a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the cloud data protection solution area, aligned to overall business objectives.
• Product positioning: Craft differentiated positioning and messaging highlighting Rubrik's cyber resilience across cloud.
• Go-to-market (GTM) execution: Own and execute GTM plans for launches and campaigns to drive adoption of Rubrik's cloud solutions.
• Content and communications: Produce high-impact content and assets, translating complex concepts into customer benefits; use AI tools to accelerate research and production.
• Competitive and analyst positioning: Maintain competitive intelligence and support analyst engagements (e.g., Gartner).
• Cross-functional partnership: Work with sales, product, marketing, and demand generation to align on objectives and drive cohesive strategies.
