Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a product marketing leader to partner with executives to define a cloud data protection strategy, conduct market analysis, and develop differentiated positioning that highlights Rubrik's cyber resilience across cloud environments.

You will own GTM plans for launches and campaigns, enable sales, produce core content, whitepapers, case studies, blogs and webinars, and work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in technology, strategy, consulting, or a marketing-related discipline.
• At least 2 years in product marketing or product management.
• Experience in B2B go-to-market.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity — data security, cloud security, or data protection.
• Fluency with Claude Cowork to accelerate research, content, and GTM execution.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define strategy for cloud data protection with leadership.
• Product positioning emphasizing Rubrik's cyber resilience across cloud.
• Go-to-market (GTM) execution for launches and campaigns.
• Content and communications: whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and sales plays; use AI tools.
• Competitive and analyst positioning; engage Gartner to strengthen Rubrik's market position.
• Cross-functional partnership with sales, product management, and marketing to align on objectives.
