Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a product marketing leader to build and execute a robust cloud data protection strategy. You will partner with leadership to align GTM with business objectives, craft compelling messaging, and drive adoption across cloud environments.

You will own content creation, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and marketing teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in technology/strategy/marketing with at least 2 years in product marketing/PM.
• Experience in B2B go-to-market.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience in cybersecurity—data security or cloud security.
• Fluency with Claude Cowork to accelerate research, content, and GTM execution.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define strategy: Partner with leadership to build a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the cloud data protection solution area.
• Product positioning: Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for Rubrik's cyber resilience across cloud.
• Go-to-market (GTM) execution: Own GTM plans for launches and campaigns to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Content and communications: Produce high-impact content and assets, and use AI tools to accelerate research and content production.
• Competitive and analyst positioning: Maintain competitive intelligence and support analyst engagements to strengthen Rubrik's position.
• Cross-functional partnership: Work with sales, product management, customer marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation.
