Job summary

Qdrant, a remote-first vector search company, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead developer-focused messaging, enterprise activation, and upgrades across self-serve to sales. You will collaborate with DevRel, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Product to craft compelling stories and assets that drive adoption.

You’ll own buyer scenarios, competitive programs, win/loss analysis, and AI workflows that scale messaging and accelerate Qdrant Cloud and enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing, with at least 4 on a developer-facing or data infrastructure product.
• Experience owning product marketing for an enterprise-led sales motion and shaping activation/upgrades.
• Experience at a startup or scale-up leading a product marketing area end-to-end.
• Built sales enablement that changed how a team sold and comfortable on customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging for self-serve to sales path across Qdrant products.
• Develop buyer scenarios for main entry points and enable Sales/Growth assets.
• Design and maintain competitive program with benchmarks and demos.
• Lead win/loss program and translate learnings into messaging, pricing, and product feedback.
• Develop AI workflows that scale messaging and enable teams with buy-track assets.
• Launch messaging for Qdrant releases with cross-functional teams to reach developers and buyers.
