Qdrant is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end demand generation for a remote-first, international team. You will build reusable campaign systems, nurture journeys, and data-driven targeting using AI-enabled workflows.

The role focuses on lifecycle campaigns, audience signaling, and technical storytelling to differentiate our open-source vector search platform for a technically minded audience. Flexible hours and async collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing for B2B tech, ideally open-source products.
• Hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures via email and in-app.
• Builder mindset: you create workflows and data-driven lists, not just operate existing machines.
• Systems‑level thinking: understand how campaigns, workflows, and data connect to growth.
• Technical workflow fluency: familiar with connected tools and automated processes.
• Strong problem solving: work from a goal and map the steps and systems needed.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows for end-to-end campaigns.
• Architect cohort-based nurture journeys from first touch to sales readiness.
• Leverage signals, scoring, and AI tools to target and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop deep product fluency and collaborate with Product Marketing for value-driven campaigns.
