Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the market position for its AI-native investigation platform. You will work closely with Product Management and Sales to ensure buyers arrive convinced, shaping the narrative, proofs, and moments that drive deals.

You’ll lead end-to-end launches, own digital channels, and build AI-enabled workflows to accelerate pipelines. This role combines storytelling with rigorous analysis in a fast‑paced security software environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Owned at least two tier-one launches end to end: strategy, narrative, execution, and post-launch measurement.
• Owned a website or major digital channel and made content decisions that moved pipeline, not just pageviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the market position for TRM's AI-native investigation platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to ensure buyers are convinced before meetings.
• Lead messaging architecture, proof points, and narrative that displaces competitors.
• Drive a tier-one launch strategy, including CEO keynote, web site, and collateral.
