Job summary

SpyCloud seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI-powered Investigations portfolio. You will drive opportunities to embed AI, ML, and automation into investigative workflows and translate complex customer problems into actionable requirements.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver high-impact capabilities, define success metrics, and use analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years in product management of enterprise SaaS.
5+ years cyber threat intelligence experience with OSINT/darknet data.
Experience leading AI/ML-powered product development with data science teams.
Experience with enterprise and government customers.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Investigations.
Embed AI, ML, and automation into investigative workflows.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science throughout development.
Define success metrics and improve based on model performance and user feedback.
Lead product discovery via customer interviews and market validation.
Mentor other PMs in AI product strategy.
