Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft decision-focused interfaces for investigators and analysts working with AI-enabled tools. You will own end-to-end design for complex workflows, ensure the agentic experience is trustworthy, and contribute to scalable design systems across public and private sector products.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with PMs and engineers.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows data-heavy B2B product work.
• Own design outcomes and drive progress without waiting for instructions.
• Agentic fluency: design surfaces where AI/automation helps users.
• Contribute to or scale a design system for reuse.
• Move fast with judgment; know when polish matters.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design for core workflows across public and private sector products.
• Design how AI and humans collaborate, including trust and explanations.
• Contribute reusable patterns back to the design system and uphold quality standards in handoffs with engineering.
• Collaborate across pods with PMs and engineers in discovery and launch cycles.
