SpyCloud in Austin (remote-friendly) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a security product portfolio focused on AI-powered investigations. You will drive the strategy for tools that help security teams and fraud analysts uncover and act on cybercriminal activity.

You will own an AI-forward product roadmap, work with data science teams, influence executives without direct authority, and mentor other PMs while maintaining a cohesive user experience across graphical and programmatic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience using OSINT and darknet data.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products with data science teams.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-forward product strategy for investigations capabilities.
• Own a strategic portfolio of investigative insights and decision tools.
• Conduct product discovery through customer interviews and market validation.
• Ensure portfolio cohesion across graphical and programmatic interfaces.
