Job summary

Teramind is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market across IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring. You will translate a fast-moving product roadmap into market-ready narratives and lead our AI-first content production function, building scalable systems for a lean team.

You will collaborate with Product and Sales to deliver compelling collateral, enablement, and competitive insights that win deals in a dynamic security landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, with enterprise SaaS focus.
• Minimum 3 years in B2B cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ownership of multi-category positioning.
• Built sales enablement that sales teams actually use.
• Fluency in competitive intelligence and win/loss data.
• Experience managing creative or content talent, incl. AI-powered production workflows.
• Strong writing skills, to be evaluated directly.
• Analyst relations experience (Gartner, Forrester).

Responsibilities

• Own and test core positioning across IRM, DLP, AI Governance and employee monitoring.
• Develop persona and buyer-journey frameworks and validate against data.
• Own the sales enablement stack: onboarding decks, demo scripts, guidelines, and pricing narratives.
• Build and maintain competitive battlecards and provide win/loss insights to sales.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap into GTM narratives, launch plans, and collateral.
• Synthesize win/loss and churn interviews into messaging refinements.
