Job summary

Teramind Inc. is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market across IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring. You will arm sales with ready-to-use collateral and translate a fast-moving product roadmap into market-facing narratives.

You’ll lead our creative production function, manage an AI-first content team, and build scalable processes. The role is fully remote, with a global team and opportunities to influence the category at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing for B2B cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ownership of positioning in multi-category environments.
• Track record building sales enablement teams actually used by sales.
• Fluency in competitive intelligence and turning win/loss data into messaging.
• Experience leading creative or content talent with curiosity about AI-driven workflows.
• Strong writing skills; analyst relations exposure (Gartner, Forrester).

Responsibilities

• Own positioning across IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring and align with site and campaigns.
• Build persona and buyer-journey frameworks tested against real data.
• Own the sales enablement stack: decks, scripts, guides, and pricing narratives.
• Develop competitive battlecards and refresh insights for sales.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap into GTM narratives and collateral.
• Synthesize win/loss and churn interviews into messaging refinements.
