Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in Capital Projects to join our Infrastructure & Real Estate team. You will lead PMIS configuration and implementation efforts, analyze client needs, and design solutions that optimize project delivery across complex capital initiatives.

Based with our Infrastructure & Real Estate practice, you will collaborate with client teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, while leveraging Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, and other PMIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
• At least 4 years of PMIS system implementation experience, particularly Procore.
• 2+ years of project management and project controls experience.
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average
• Limited sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
• Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption
