Job summary

Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Real Estate division seeks a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for complex capital projects. You will analyze client needs, design integrated PMIS solutions with reporting dashboards, and oversee rollouts across systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.

Ideal candidates provide 4+ years in PMIS and project controls, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients served
• Limited sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: Master's in engineering/construction mgmt or MBA
• Certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA
• Proficiency in PM tools: Oracle Unifier, Procore, Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, Power BI
• Experience in a professional services firm
• International engagement experience
• Multi-lingual

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
• Designing PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful rollout of PMIS tools like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
• Conducting testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing training and documentation to support adoption
