Job summary

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team guides clients through major infrastructure initiatives, delivering end-to-end advisory and PMIS-enabled project delivery. As Senior Consultant on the Capital Projects team in Morristown, NJ, you will configure PMIS, integrate systems, and lead client-focused solutions through testing and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
• At least 4 years of PMIS system implementation experience, particularly Procore.
• 2+ years in project management and project controls.
• Experience with project controls: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tech integrations.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, integrations, and reporting dashboards.
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio proficiency.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and digital tech to boost efficiency and quality.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average.
• Limited sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize project delivery.
• Analyze client needs to develop tailored capital project solutions.
• Design and configure PMIS including integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with project teams to roll out systems like Primavera Unifier, Procore, Kahua, EcoSys.
• Conduct testing and validation and develop training/documentation for client adoption.
