Job summary

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for capital projects. You will analyze client needs, design PMIS solutions, and collaborate with teams to roll out systems such as Oracle Unifier and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore.
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls.
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited sponsorship may be available.
• Master's degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA.
• Certification: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA.
• Proficiency with PMIS tools: Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, Power BI.
• Experience in a professional services firm.
• International engagement experience.
• Multi-lingual.

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery.
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects.
• Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.
• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
