Job summary

Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for capital projects. You will analyze client needs, design PMIS solutions, and collaborate with teams to roll out Oracle Primavera Unifier, Procore, Kahua, EcoSys, and related tools.

The role requires 4+ years in PMIS and project controls, proficiency with MS Office, and readiness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average
• Limited sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA
• One or more of the following certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA
• Proficiency in using PM tools including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
• Experience in a professional services firm
• International engagement experience
• Multilingual

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyze client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
• Design and configure PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and develop detailed training and documentation for client adoption
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
