Job summary

Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Real Estate team seeks a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for capital projects in the U.S. This role focuses on optimizing project delivery through tailored PMIS solutions, robust integrations, and comprehensive reporting.

Candidates should have a relevant degree, 4+ years in PMIS and 2+ years in project controls, plus experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and AI-enabled tools. Travel up to 30% and potential sponsorship may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited sponsorship may be available
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
• International engagement experience
• Multi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
• Designing and configuring PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
