Job summary

Join Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team as a Senior Consultant on the Capital Projects group in Los Angeles. You will lead PMIS configuration and implementation to optimize client project delivery and develop tailored solutions for complex capital programs.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, design PMIS integrations, reporting, and dashboards, and oversee testing, training, and documentation to ensure smooth client adoption. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
• 4+ years of PMIS system implementation experience, especially Procore.
• 2+ years in project management and project controls.
• Experience with project controls activities: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and integrating into technology platforms.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, system integrations, and reporting/dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital tech.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and potential for sponsorship.
• Preferred: Master's degree or MBA; certifications (PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, CPA); multi-lingual; international engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery.
• Analyze client needs to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects.
• Design and configure PMIS solutions including integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with project teams to roll out systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, Procore.
• Conduct testing and validation; develop training and documentation for client adoption.
