Job summary

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team seeks a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS implementations for capital projects. You will analyze client needs, design and configure PMIS solutions, and ensure successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore.
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls.
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery.
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects.
• Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.
• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption.
