Job summary

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate practice in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant on the Capital Projects team to lead PMIS implementation, design integrations, and deliver dashboards to optimize client project delivery. You will work with Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, Primavera P6 and Power BI, with opportunities to travel up to 30% and contribute to large scale infrastructure programs.

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; 4+ years PMIS experience; 2+ years project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
• 4+ years of PMIS system implementation experience (Procore)
• 2+ years of project management and project controls experience
• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and integrating these into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, integrations, and reporting
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital tech to improve efficiency and quality
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average
• Limited sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyze client needs to develop tailored solutions for capital projects
• Design and configure PMIS solutions, including integrations and dashboards
• Collaborate with project teams to roll out systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, Procore
• Conduct testing and document training to support client adoption
• Meet deadlines and communicate clearly within the team
