U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Executive to deliver exceptional, differentiated client experience for Payments relationships. You will serve as the primary relationship lead with a focus on satisfaction, loyalty, and proactive engagement across products and services.

The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to risk, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five to seven years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client experience as primary relationship lead for Payments clients.
• Build deep, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and objective outcomes.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and address needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal product, trading, and coverage teams for coordinated solutions across PMI and U.S. Bank capabilities.
• Drive organic growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
