Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive reporting for Next Best Action (NBA) and measurement tracking with data science, analytics, and development teams. The role emphasizes delivery execution, backlog management, and clear requirements to ship trusted reporting.

You will translate measurement needs into defined work items, validate dashboards, and surface actionable insights for leaders. Occasional travel may be required; remote-friendly.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience: 36+ years of product management or product owner experience with hands-on delivery of a product, reporting, or analytics capability.
• Delivery execution: translate needs into clear requirements and ship with backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Measurement: working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts; track metrics objectively.
• Collaboration: build cross-functional relationships across data science, analytics, and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into well-defined requirements with epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with development teams as the day-to-day product contact.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependencies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to clarify requirements and unblock issues.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, progress, and timelines with stakeholders.
