Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the delivery of new NBA reporting requirements and assist with measurement tracking across the program.

This hands-on role partners with development, data science, and analytics teams to translate measurement needs into well-defined requirements and manage the backlog. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, NBA Measurement & Reporting, you will validate dashboards, ensure acceptance criteria, and surface actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience with delivery of a product, reporting, or analytics capability.
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and PI Planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with development teams, acting as the day-to-day product contact.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependencies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and unblock issues to keep delivery on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery.
