Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive NBA reporting and measurement tracking with cross-functional partners in a remote nationwide setting.

You will translate measurement needs into well-defined requirements, maintain the reporting backlog, and guide agile delivery while ensuring accuracy and business impact. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, and IT partners to validate dashboards, monitor KPIs, and surface actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience with hands-on delivery of reporting or analytics capability.
• Delivery execution: translate needs into clear requirements with backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Measurement: working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and ability to track metrics objectively.
• Collaboration: build cross-functional relationships with data science, analytics, and business teams.
• Product acumen: familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management and PI Planning.
• Technical fluency: ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Product delivery proficiency: SDLC, Waterfall and Agile; familiarity with ADO and Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into well-defined requirements, epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with development teams and manage the backlog.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies and risks, tracking progress and escalating when needed.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards and ensure data is accurate and decision-ready.
