Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10 years related experience
• 5 years of project management experience with familiarity in MS Office, estimating and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure
• Lead project teams including utility and developer staff and consultants
• Work with stakeholders including government agencies, regulators, communities and landowners
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation including studies to present defensible line route and facility site selection
• Prepare and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop newer staff to produce client deliverables
• Build key relationships with HDR and utility staff
• Travel on average 10-20% of the time
