Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10 years related experience in linear projects.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with regulatory approvals and expert witness testimony preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project teams including utility staff and consultants.
• Engage with government agencies, regulators, communities, and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for route and site selection.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; manage deliverables.
