Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree.
• 10+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Strong partnerships and trust with owners, owner’s representatives, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
• Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment and provide day-to-day management of resources, tasks, timelines, and budgets.
• Plan and direct preconstruction, bidding, and business development activities; manage client relationships.
• Review estimates and lead scheduling, procurement, and CPM schedule oversight; ensure safety protocols.
• Mentor and develop project management staff; promote McGough practices and standards.
• Oversee project financial performance, scope control, and owner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
