Job summary

McGough is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects, managing scope, budget, schedules, and team collaboration. You will coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality, while leading pursuit activities and preconstruction planning.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rigorous cost control, and proactive risk management across Technology/Life Science, Healthcare, and Education sectors.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 4+ years of related experience in Technology/Life Science, Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, or K-12 sectors.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with owners, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit team with RFQs/RFPs and client research.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules with field teams.
• Coordinate QA/QC page-turns and documentation.
• Manage subcontractor scope, changes, and cost controls.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation and communications.
• Foster relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
