Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities.
• Oversee self-performed work, estimates and cost control.
• Develop CPM schedules and manage project documentation and RFI/processes.
• Review bid results, subcontractor qualifications and change orders.
• Manage project meetings, progress updates and safety coordination.
• Support project close-out, commissioning and owner training.
