Job summary

McGough is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on scope, schedule and budget while maintaining client relationships. The PM will mentor junior staff and support operational excellence across teams.

Required is a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering plus 5+ years of PM experience with self-performed work. Strong communication, budgeting and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing self-performed work scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client relationships.
• Mentor and coach Assistant PMs and Project Engineers.
• Control project costs and subcontract management including procurement.
