Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology and life sciences construction initiatives in Dallas. You will drive inception to deployment, manage scope, schedule, budget and teams, and foster owner, design partner and subcontractor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience, a CM/Engineering degree, strong leadership, collaboration and Excel skills, and a commitment to safety and quality across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, design firms and subcontractors.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development: lead responses to RFPs and client relationships.
• McGough self-performed work: oversee quantity take-offs and cost projections; ensure safety and quality.
• Estimating and bidding: review estimates and lead presentation to owners/design teams.
• Scheduling: coach Last Planner and oversee construction schedules.
• Project oversight: ensure staffing, profitability, and adherence to contracts.
