Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in construction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development: assist pursuit team with RFQs/RFPs and client research.
• Preconstruction leadership to support QA/QC processes and project planning.
• Assist with CPM scheduling and cost estimation activities.
• Subcontractor procurement and bid analysis; manage subcontractor packages.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Support project cost control, value engineering and change management.
• Lead or support Lean events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
