Job summary

McGough in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects, from preconstruction through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with owners, design partners and subcontractors, and lead bid, scheduling, RFI and change management. This role requires a four-year degree and 8+ years of experience; regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit, preconstruction and business development efforts.
• Provide management and leadership to ensure successful completion of QA/QC page turn process.
• Understand project-specific workforce and vendor participation goals and incorporate into project work plan.
• Scope bid materials and assist with CPM scheduling.
• Manage subcontractor change requests and invoices.
