Job summary

McGough Construction is hiring a Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CM or related field, 5+ years PM experience, and proven ability to manage self-performed work. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, or related field required.
• Five+ years PM experience in construction.
• Experience managing self-performed work preferred.
• Estimating or scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls including scope, schedule, and cost management.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers.
• Develop CPM schedules and track progress.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review project documentation and closeout.
