Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking a Program Manager to oversee state and enterprise engagements, owning delivery plans, client relationships, and coordination with product and engineering across multiple projects.

You will manage milestones, UAT cycles, and acceptance criteria while driving change control to meet contractual commitments. This is a hands-on, fully remote role requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management on complex software delivery.
• Experience managing contractual milestones, UAT-based acceptance, and formal change control.
• Strong writing skills for status reports, meeting summaries, and acceptance criteria language.
• Ability to run plans depending on teams you do not manage, with stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in government or regulated-industry client projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan for each engagement across all workstreams and milestones.
• Run the client cadence: weekly status, steering meetings, escalations, and working sessions.
• Keep dependency registers current; manage data feeds, credentials, and decisions on a schedule.
• Manage scope: acceptance criteria negotiation, change requests, and intake of new work.
• Produce deliverables for client review and keep leadership informed of risks across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with engineering on integration timelines with state systems (ERP, data hubs, SSO).
