Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise-level programs. This fully remote role enables you to drive strategic outcomes from anywhere while coordinating with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

You will mentor other project managers, establish governance, and optimize delivery across agile, waterfall, and hybrid methods. A Master’s degree and 10+ years in program management with PMP/PgMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program and project management, with enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading remote project teams effectively.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience with financial management and budget control for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple enterprise-level programs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures aligned with goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and performance management.
• Establish and maintain robust program management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate executive-level decision-making and provide concise status reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for programs to ensure efficient utilization.
• Champion effective communication and collaboration for distributed teams.
