Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Enterprise Operations to lead large, client-facing engagements and time-critical mobilizations. You will build foundational PMO standards, governance cadences, and reporting processes while partnering across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and client teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects spanning technology, client-facing initiatives, and internal processes.
• Experience leading large-scale, client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations under pressure.
• Experience leading change management for processes or systems to drive adoption.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that were funded.
• Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP's largest, cross-functional programs from planning to close-out.
• Lead mobilizations with coordination across teams, maintaining a scalable playbook.
• Stand up complex client-facing projects and transition to account managers when running smoothly.
• Develop and refine PMO standards: charters, templates, risk logs, governance cadences, intake processes.
• Create business cases and charters with clear scope, success metrics, and timeline.
• Lead change management and drive adoption and resistance management.
• Plan schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Identify risks early and build mitigation plans; drive decisions in meetings with clear owners.
• Maintain project ledgers and RAID logs; brief leadership concisely as needed.
• Track budgets against plan and flag variances early.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles to reduce waste in delivery.
• Create SOPs, guides, and training materials tied to projects.
