Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role manages key initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tracks timelines, delivers on commitments, and holds teams accountable for success and timely execution. The role emphasizes relationship management, customer success, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in software implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions from initiation to go-live and beyond.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, enforce timelines, manage budget and quality.
• Identify risks and issues, communicate them clearly with actionable follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
